1. Purpose
These terms set out the conditions on which Object (“we”) provides Nine, an app for iOS and iPadOS (the “app”).
2. Effect and changes
Installing or using the app means you accept these terms. We may change them; a changed version applies from the effective date posted on this page. If you do not accept them, you may delete the app and stop using it.
3. What the app is
The app is a puzzle game in which blocks are placed on a 9×9 board to clear rows, columns, and 3×3 zones. We may change the rules, the scoring, item prices, and the layout in the course of improving it.
4. Accounts
The app has no account of its own. Leaderboards use Apple Game Center, and Apple’s terms apply to that use alongside these.
5. Purchases and refunds
Ad removal is a one-time purchase made through the App Store. Payment, cancellation, and refunds follow Apple’s policies and procedures, and must be requested from Apple directly. Statutory rights of withdrawal may be limited for digital content that has already been delivered.
Purchases made with the same Apple Account can be brought back with “Restore purchase” in the menu.
6. Advertising
Unless ad removal has been purchased, the app shows advertising. We are not responsible for the content of those ads or for the goods and services the advertisers offer.
7. Your obligations
You agree not to:
- reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the app, or manipulate scores and coins by illegitimate means;
- infringe our rights or those of any third party, including copyright and trade marks;
- break the law or interfere with the normal operation of the app.
8. Intellectual property
All rights in the app — code, screens, graphics, and marks — remain ours. You are granted a licence for personal, non-commercial use only.
9. Disclaimer
The app is provided as is. Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for loss arising from your device environment, your network, or third-party services such as Apple and Google.
10. Changes to the service
We may change or discontinue the app for operational or technical reasons. If we discontinue it while purchased features are in effect, we will give reasonable notice beforehand.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be brought in the court of first instance having jurisdiction over our registered address.
